Usign external events

I’m recording in the “External Events – LOAN_ORDER”, using API, each loan that the customer sign with the company.

Can I use this information to plan a campaign, for example send an email to the contacts that the last loan is more than 1 month?

There is such a possibility :) Using the API, you need to send the appropriate detail: the loan is more than 1 month. I am sending the API documentation: https://docs.salesmanago.com/#api-external-events 
Then create an automation rule, which will start with an external event occurred: LOAN_ORDER with the detail: loan is more than 1 month. Finally, from the action select: send email.
