We currently have several popups and workflows and it is a big mess organizing them all. Could you please create some sort of system to map them all, in different lists like you are able to organize Automation rules?

In SALESmanago, it is possible to group different automation rules, which certainly helps to keep things clear and organized. I will forward your feedback to our R&D department, that will verify the possibility of adding such an option to workflow as well.
