TURMERIC AND GINGER SHOTS! 🍹
- peel the lemon, ginger and turmeric (remember that turmeric colours strongly!)
- cut them into quarters
- throw everything in the blender
- Pour in about 50 ml of water
- blend everything until fairly smooth
- pour and press the juice through a gauze/strainer (ginger leaves strands)
- add honey
Done! Remember to take care of your health and energy during the day :) 😎
