The European Mental Health Week 2022 will take place from 9 May until 13 May.
It aims to raise the awareness about the importance of mental health in everyday lives.
The theme for 2022 is ‘Speak Up for Mental Health’.
Research shows that people who work for organizations that value mental health issues are more efficient and get better results at work.
Fortunately, speaking up for mental health is getting more normal and natural. More and more people are aware that mental health is as important as physical health and they no longer want to compromize any of them and be robbed from vitality.
So what can we do today for ourselves and our colleagues at work?
I would start with: stay attentive and simply have your eyes wide open, stop for the one, smile and ask how they are doing.
