What is the Conditional Content and how to use it when creating an email?

Conditional Content is a personalization option that allows you to create different variants of a single message, personalize selected widgets and email sections to specific contact segments or specific people. 

Each variant can be freely personalized by dragging the appropriate widgets into its field,

customizing the elements of your email message so that they are adjusted to the interests of diverse groups of recipients within the same campaign. 

All you have to do is specify what segment of your users should receive the relevant content.

 

With Conditional Content, you can, for example, adjust the language of your message to your users, offer them rewards based on their level of loyalty,

or send targeted offers without having to build several separate messages. 

Therefore, you save time by creating and sending a single message with multiple content variations instead of a number of different templates.

 

How to use the Conditional Content in Email designer:

 

-Create a new message in Drag & Drop Designer, using one of the prepared templates.

-Set up 3 Segments at once - they will be displayed in the body of the message

-Each segment can have up to 4 Variants - different content presented within the selected message segment 

-In each Variant we can set up to 5 widgets, which must be provided with conditions - it is here that we decide on the criteria for the display of the corresponding Variants (e.g. tag or probability of purchase)

-You can move the Variants to determine their priority - if a user or a group of users meets more than one of the conditions, only the offer with the highest priority will be displayed to them

-Save the changes
