Hello!

I have an idea, which would help a lot. If you configure the system to give the user access to the email setup, they will automatically see all contacts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’ll pass it along to our feedback team for consideration in future system developments.

Currently, if you create a new user and assign them full Administrator or Manager permissions, they’ll automatically have access to all new contacts within their system. However, to access historical contacts, they’ll need to be manually assigned. This can be done using the “Add/Remove Owner” option in the contact manager, either from the main account or from an administrator/manager account.
