Hi,
the name field should be separated in firstname and lastname. Our subsequent systems that take over data after Salesmanago processes need the differentiation and so far the feature is not available. There is only a name field.
Since names can have multiple firstnames and multiple lastnames, we can’t apply any logic and can’t it’s challenging to transfer data to subsequent systems.
Please separate them. :)
