All of us has too little time to make all things we have in plan. That's hy we usually cut the sleeping time to make everything until the end of the day.
How to make the sleep more effectively?
I practise for my own those steps:

  • To not eat exactly before going sleep (better 1-2 hours before)
  • Decrease the temperature in the bedroom
  • To not drink any drinks with coffeine
