Rice with vegetables - tasty and fast! As well as all kinds of pasta

never prepare a meal for the next day - i like things fresh, i work from home, i never know what i’m going to be in the mood for that day. i created a method for balanced meals in accordance to daily/weekly protein/carbs/nutrients intake from WHO, prep of which take no longer than 15 min, also I usually get a balanced toast/sammy for lunch and eat a warm, whole-hearty meal for din - some inspo on my food insta @lidias.colorful.plates ;)
