Hi,

With automation rules, users can automatically perform many marketing activities meant to reach their target customers.
After you start using Automation rules you will be able to do for example: educate your leads through regular mailing (lead nurturing), send automated offers fine-tuned to prospects profiles and activate them once desired behavior is recognized, move prospects between sales process stages, send alerts to your sales team to inform them about contacts becoming interested in products or services, send dynamic emails to prospects following their visit to your website.

The purpose of Workflow is to help plan and automate marketing campaigns. It lets you easily set even complex campaigns in order. All registered contact activity can be used as events or conditions to trigger actions. Workflow campaigns can be adjusted to meet the demands of a project, allowing the creation of sophisticated marketing campaigns. By using Workflows, you will be able to build strong relationships with your customers by using welcome emails and SMS, send accurately personalized messages to target groups. For example, define groups by particular tags or by activity on your website, generate discount coupons to encourage repurchasing, promptly deliver offers to customers thanks to activity alerts and information on what interests them, constantly update your database by deleting inactive contacts or redirecting them to different campaign stages, simplify the process of campaign, management and specify various actions and conditions to achieve goals, create multilevel structures to achieve maximum synergy between features.
