How the average time to take a call is calculated?

The average time to take a conversation is measured from the moment the conversation is created, that is, when the customer opens the chat window on our website. The conversation is put in the Pending folder in the consultant's dashboard, which allows the consultant to see which URL the conversation started from. The consultant can therefore write the first message before the consumer even starts typing. The pick up time is calculated from the time the conversation is created until the consultant clicks the “Pick up” button in the message folder. This time represents how quickly the consultant begins interacting with the customer after receiving the conversation.

Contacts upload files via Live Chat. If they disappear from the chat, and there was no operator, the files can no longer be downloaded - is this action correct?

Sending an attachment in a Live Chat conversation is only possible when the consultant is active. If the user with whom the conversation is held wants to send us a file, the consultant receives a notification and can allow or reject it. This is a protection against receiving unwanted files. Therefore, if a file is sent by a user to a consultant when the consultant is inactive, the file will not be delivered due to the lack of approval to send it.

Hello everyone, 😄We've identified a missing feature within the contact management and deduplication process in SalesManago's CDP.Currently, the only unique identifier for contacts is the email address. However, in today's world, and particularly in certain national markets, the mobile number could hold equal weight in uniquely identifying the customer, especially when multiple data sources feed into the CDP, where it may not always be possible to consistently request an email address (such as in loyalty plans, where the required contact data from the user includes email and/or mobile number).Presently, to manage customers entering the User DB with only a mobile number (without an email), SalesManago's Customer Success Team recommends:Setting up a fake email like MOBILENUM@domain.org Properly inputting the user's mobile numberThis way, SalesManago's requirement for having an email (even if fake) is met, and these users can be managed solely via SMS or Whatsapp channels.If the user late

Is there a request rate limit for the contact upsert operation?

Hi!I am working on integrating an application with your tool for a client. We are using the API to perform a contact export process to Sales Manago. Due to the logic of our business, we are compelled to use the contact/upsert operation instead of batchupsert, and we are unsure if there are any limits or restrictions regarding the number of requests we can make to the API per minute. We would be talking about 200-1000 requests in a single export operation.Thanks in advance.

Is there any limit to the number of having automation rules? Is there any maximum number that a customer cannot exceed? E.g. a customer creates the eightyth rule and can no longer create the eighty-first rule because he has exceeded the limit.
