I would like to know, is it possible to edit contact and mark it as invalid via API? I know there is such a possibility to do it manually in the SM system in the CDP panel in manage contact, but I can find that option in the SM API libraries.
Dear Community,we’re currently in the process of integration Salesmanago with Salesforce (used for Lead, Contact, Account and Campaign Management). Is there someone out there who already walked that path and is open to share some information on your findings / ways you work with both systems? It would be great if we could avoid some of the mistakes someone else already made and we’re happy to share our experience as well. The current plan for the integrationSM Contact → SF Lead:We will drop over new contacts that need qualification by Sales to become converted to a Contact. Once converted into a contact, the synchronisation between SM and SF get’s started. SM Contact ↔ SF Contact:We synch both, as soon as certain conditions are fulfilled. E.g. Opt-In exists (otherwise no need for the data in SM?). For some fields / properties Salesforce is leading and Salesmanago only consuming. Hi,I just wanted to clarify a thing that I don’t quite understand - on our website, we can find the info that webpushes “bypass marketing consents and ad blockers” - and then, on our Support page, I read this:“TIP: Remember that to receive Web Push notifications, the user must give consent via the consent form.”Soo… Do you - or do you not - need a user’s consent…?Regards,Dagmara
SALESmanago currently gives a possibility for sending dynamic Web Push notifications with two scenarios- last viewed products and products left in cart. You can send them massively or with the usage of automation processes (recommended way). If you want to set up a pop-up for days or hours, I can recommend you to use our Custom Modal Designer. 🏅This is a tool that will help you hyper-personalize your site by creating advanced and highly customizable pop-ups. 💪 Go to the Lead Generation page, select the pop-up/exit pop-up tab, and the "create new" button. Then select the wizard: Custom Modal Designer.You can create a simple pop-up with an image or an advanced one with a form - everything you need in one place! 😎After editing comes the design part - you can choose, among other things, the position on the page, change the closing button, and even set animations.Let's get to the point - settings. In the "Activation time" tab, there is an option "Display schedule" - select "Set a weekly display schedule". Dynamic e-mails can automatically select products that for example the user has viewed. The product information is pulled from your store's XML file. Create product’s frame in Drag&Drop Email Designer- that allows you to quickly and easily create responsive and professional message templates. In addition to personalizing such messages with information from the contact card, you can include recently viewed products by the user or products from an abandoned shopping cart to increase your sales results. Create vidget frame with product selection- that allows you to select products for a dynamic email yourself.
