What is scoring used for, the general idea behind it, and how can I adapt it to my website?

Hi,

We are giving certain points to the contacts for their activity, thanks to that we can distinguish frequent customers from regular ones and create for example loyality program campaigns.
We can set this scoring in the Automation Process module opening the Automation Rule tab and clicking Scoring rules option.
