How the average time to take a call is calculated?

The average time to take a conversation is measured from the moment the conversation is created, that is, when the customer opens the chat window on our website. The conversation is put in the Pending folder in the consultant's dashboard, which allows the consultant to see which URL the conversation started from. The consultant can therefore write the first message before the consumer even starts typing. The pick up time is calculated from the time the conversation is created until the consultant clicks the “Pick up” button in the message folder. This time represents how quickly the consultant begins interacting with the customer after receiving the conversation.

Contacts upload files via Live Chat. If they disappear from the chat, and there was no operator, the files can no longer be downloaded - is this action correct?

Sending an attachment in a Live Chat conversation is only possible when the consultant is active. If the user with whom the conversation is held wants to send us a file, the consultant receives a notification and can allow or reject it. This is a protection against receiving unwanted files. Therefore, if a file is sent by a user to a consultant when the consultant is inactive, the file will not be delivered due to the lack of approval to send it.

Transferring the email list from Klaviyo to Salesmanago

I already have a list of emails to which we schedule the weekly newsletter to. This list if created from the segmentation option from Klaviyo.  Since we are planning to make Sales Manago has our primary email tool. What would be the best way to migrate the contacts from Klaviyo to Sales Manago since Sales Manago needs the Opt-In approval of the users.

Will a contact receive scheduled messages if they are deleted?

Once a contact is deleted from the system, there is no way for a user to receive an email that was previously scheduled

I’m recording in the “External Events – LOAN_ORDER”, using API, each loan that the customer sign with the company.Can I use this information to plan a campaign, for example send an email to the contacts that the last loan is more than 1 month?

Outlook and mobile - how to format it in html creator

Hi all,Any tips or required piece of code that you know of that help to make email created in html creator responsive and looking correct in outlook.Client designed email with 4 columns for products on desktop, but when browsed on mobile should fold to two products per row one under another.I’ve tested media queries, tables with divs and tables - just wondering is it actually possible to do it in SM.Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Maybe someone from tech team from SALESmanago would share some tips. I think many will struggle with this issue. Thanks
