Hi,

I tried to configure birthday emails using automation rules, but the only choice there is “birthday email was sent”.

So, how can I configure sending the birthday emails?

Hi,

Event: "Birthday email was sent" activates a rule when a birthday email is sent to a contact. To send a birthday email, go to Email marketing → Send birthday email.
