Contacts upload files via Live Chat. If they disappear from the chat, and there was no operator, the files can no longer be downloaded - is this action correct?


Sending an attachment in a Live Chat conversation is only possible when the consultant is active. If the user with whom the conversation is held wants to send us a file, the consultant receives a notification and can allow or reject it. This is a protection against receiving unwanted files. Therefore, if a file is sent by a user to a consultant when the consultant is inactive, the file will not be delivered due to the lack of approval to send it.
