To add your customers' names to an email you can use personalization. There are two ways to use it - you can add it manually or in the wizards.

If you want to add the whole name, use the code: $name$
To add a first name, use: $name.p1$
If you want to use a vocative first name (option available in Polish and Czech languages), choose $w:name.p1$.

You can use personalization not only in the body of the email but also in the subject line!
