Is it possible to display a pop-up for opt-out contacts only?

Hi,

Yes, the given option is available in our Custom Modal Designer. In the pop-up settings, select the option: Contacts > Contacts with opt-out status. Please note that the given settings will only work for contacts monitored with opt-out status.
