Hello, I work in web marketing and I have a client whose site has many pages blocked by Salesmanago, probably due to the CORS (cross-origin resources sharing) policy. Is it possible to unlock these pages?

Is there a request rate limit for the contact upsert operation?

Hi!I am working on integrating an application with your tool for a client. We are using the API to perform a contact export process to Sales Manago. Due to the logic of our business, we are compelled to use the contact/upsert operation instead of batchupsert, and we are unsure if there are any limits or restrictions regarding the number of requests we can make to the API per minute. We would be talking about 200-1000 requests in a single export operation.Thanks in advance.

Is there a possibility to edit contact via API and mark it as invalid?

I would like to know, is it possible to edit contact and mark it as invalid via API? I know there is such a possibility to do it manually in the SM system in the CDP panel in manage contact, but I can find that option in the SM API libraries.

Dear Community,we’re currently in the process of integration Salesmanago with Salesforce (used for Lead, Contact, Account and Campaign Management). Is there someone out there who already walked that path and is open to share some information on your findings / ways you work with both systems?  It would be great if we could avoid some of the mistakes someone else already made and we’re happy to share our experience as well. The current plan for the integrationSM Contact → SF Lead:We will drop over new contacts that need qualification by Sales to become converted to a Contact. Once converted into a contact, the synchronisation between SM and SF get’s started. SM Contact ↔  SF Contact:We synch both, as soon as certain conditions are fulfilled. E.g. Opt-In exists (otherwise no need for the data in SM?). For some fields / properties Salesforce is leading and Salesmanago only consuming. For others both systems can send updates, since e.g. marketing relevant preferences can be changed in the
