I would like to know, is it possible to edit contact and mark it as invalid via API? I know there is such a possibility to do it manually in the SM system in the CDP panel in manage contact, but I can find that option in the SM API libraries.

No, unfortunately, there is no possibility to do it via API. As you mentioned, there is a possibility to do it in the CDP panel using manage contacts, but you can’t do it via API.
