The Web Push channel is a great channel for communication with both monitored and anonymous customers. Before launching an additional channel, which is Web Push, users should be asked for such consent through the consent form. When the user clicks the button confirming the subscription, an additional Thank You Page window appears. However, they can be turned off to improve the user experience (UX) on the site.
If you do not want to display an additional window after confirming the consent form, you need to configure your domain by adding manifest.json and sw.js files, which are available under the "set up your domain" button in the list of WebPush consent forms.
