Yes, you can create such a rule, but note that it will not work automatically. You need to run such a rule manually, from the "manage" panel, for the selected group of contacts. If you want the conditions for these contacts to be verified, you must remember to mark the "check conditions" checbox in the selected action of the "manage" panel.
