Hi! 

Are the points gothered by a customer in a loyalty program visible somewhere? On a pannel when he is loggin into his account on the online store for eg.? Would that be achievable?

Hi,

You can send them in emails, but if the customer would like to present this information to its customers, you can create a personalized landing page that can be pasted as an iframe on the website in the customer profile in e-store - if is is monitored, we will adjust the content displayed on this landing page so it will present the right number of loylaty points. The other option is to synchronize this data via API and present it directly in the ecommerce platform without our iframe.
