SALESmanago lets you configure your own loyalty program, which is dedicated especially to online stores and B2C companies. You can customize the program’s tiers and awarded points to suit your preferences.
Below there are some recommended scenarios you can use based on the data in the loyalty program:

Sending an email with product recommendations based on the customer's transaction profile when a contact changes their tier in the program.

Targeting ads via Facebook or Google Ads when customers are eligible for free products on their next purchase.

Executing campaigns to customers who are a few points short of moving up to a higher tier.

Creating a personalized widget on the website that displays the customer’s current tier and points. Sending SMS messages to users whose points are about to expire. The SMS contains a redirection link to a listn with the list of products which can be collected or purchased cheaper.

Sending birthday e-mails to customers who are in the program with a special discount or information about a freebie to be collected at subsequent purchases.

Each email campaign can also be supported by web-push notifications sent to users who consented to receiving them.
