Hi everyone, 

 

I migrated a list of users to Salesmanago who were already opted-in on Klaviyo. They are users who have made prior transactions and active on our email. 

 

After the transfer to Sales Manago, only 30% of the contacts were with Opted-In status, the rest were Opted-out. Even after I added the Opted-In status as True on the upload file. 

 

Did anyone have this issue? If so how did you overcome this?
