Hello šŸ˜Ā Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā Today is the first day as official summer!ā›±Ā  In front of us heat, free days, lots of ice cream and cold drinks!) Summer is a classic time for travelšŸŒ…! Today I would like to talk about vacationšŸ˜Š. When we say ā€žvacationā€ different people will be have various ideas what vacation is for them. Some people like to visit new countries or cities, and other like to lie on the beach with cold MojitošŸø.Ā  Ā  Ā Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā Personally, I prefer something between lying on the beach with Mojito and visiting a new cityšŸ˜. Ideally for me itā€™s two days on the beach and one day to visit new places, so you donā€™t get tired and donā€™t get bored! Therefore I try to choose a beach near interesting cities or inversely interesting city with beachesšŸ˜….Ā  And what would you prefer?Ā  Maybe a camping tripšŸ• or CruisešŸš¢ or active tripšŸ—» or stay at home with good bookšŸ“š. What do you value your employers for?

Hi,Ā What I value most is when my employer clearly defines the goal and does not hide it from the employees. Thanks to this, even if our duties are monotonous, we know that we are not doing them for nothing. However, the most important thing is that it gives the opportunity for development. Managing a team of people is a very difficult task which requires not only business expertise but also interpersonal communication skills. Besides, I like work relationships to take into account all the rights, regulated by the Labour Code, as well as to be based on mutual respect and trust. It is important to develop a balance so that the boss is perceived as an authority, while at the same time being a person to whom employees can turn with any problem. In building good mutual relations, the willingness to cooperate is also very important - only then will the pattern be broken in which the employer is perceived only as an individual, standing at the head of the company.Ā And what do you value your e

Is live music dead? Let's talk about it! šŸŽ¶

Hello eveyone!Ā šŸ˜€Some time ago, I heard that live music is dying and that Spotify or Youtube is enough and people don't need live music nowadays. I was so surprisedĀ because I see a lot of my friend's pic and videos from concerts and music festivals. I see big crowds at the Pol'n'Rock Festival, Męskie Granie, Opener, and so on.Ā šŸŽ¤šŸŽøI love live music, it has a wonderful climate and gives an expression that non of music streaming service can give. You can "meet" the artist, listen to what he has to say, create incredible memories and meet new people.Ā šŸ˜ I'm traveling to see my fav artists and I think it's a fantastic experience and occasion to spend time with friends toĀ good music.Ā šŸ˜ŽAnd what do you think? Tomorrow, the second Saturday of March, is the Genealogy Day. Do you know your roots?
