What do you think guys about training in the morning before work ?

Hi Team 😀This has a lot of advantages. By training in the morning, you can focus on your work in the rest of the day. Full success is guaranteed by being systematic. Regular exercise makes you feel healthier and motivated to persevere😎. Therefore, when there is a positive stimulus from the very morning, it is not without effect on the way we eat.💪🏻 We are then much more diligent about what we eat. May Day is celebrated not only in Poland. May 1, as Labor Day, inaugurates the beginning of the summer season almost all over Europe. In fact, this holiday is celebrated in most countries of the world. In Poland, the first days of May are both public holidays and an eagerly awaited time off. Some emphasize this special moment with red and white flags. Others focus on relaxation.- The word MAYDAY (MAJÓWKA in polish) used to mean a wreath made of a young fir tree, decorated with ribbons, which a boy would put in front of the house of a chosen girl. This wreath was usually put up in May - on the night before the first or third of May, or before the first Sunday of May, or on the night of Pentecost.Over time, the name also came to mean a trip out of town, not necessarily in May, but always in the warm seasons - spring or summer, often combined with fun or dancing.

I’ve just learnt that today is the I Hate Coriander Day.International I Hate Coriander Day originated in 2013, with the inception of a Facebook group entitled simply ‘I Hate Coriander.’ The sole purpose of creating the group was so that like-minded people could get together and express their utter disdain for the herb through messages and posts of all sorts. And before you laugh it off as an insignificant group, note that the number of members on it has risen to a following of more than 200,000. Did you know that KFC on Christmas Eve is a must have in Japan? 🎄🍗In Japan, they used to eat Karaage chicken on Christmas Eve, which was very similar in taste to KFC chicken. KFC managers used a great marketing ploy which resulted in them releasing festive buckets of Kentucky chicken on Christmas Eve.
