How long it takes for a new tag to be assigned?

HiI’ve segment contacts in the “Manage Contacts” section and assigned them a new Tag.30 minutes later - no tag appeared. So what’s the ETA for adding a new tag action?

Is there any limit to the number of having automation rules? Is there any maximum number that a customer cannot exceed? E.g. a customer creates the eightyth rule and can no longer create the eighty-first rule because he has exceeded the limit.
